Artena at Evergreen Village wins the 2024 Aurora Grand Award for Best on the Boards 55+ Housing Community proving that we are leading the way in designing the very best communities across the country.

Since 1979, the Florida Home Builders Association in association with the Southeast Building Conference (the “SEBC”), recognizes outstanding housing-related projects across the southeast and specifically from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.

The 2024 Aurora Awards were presented in July at the Southeast Building Conference Gala, in Orlando, FL. There were 12 recognized categories of which one is Senior Living. Within the Senior Living Category, there are four subcategories to include:

• Best 55+ Living Community – For Rent
• Best 55+ Living Community – For Sale
• Best Service Enriched Senior Community – IL/AL/Memory Care
• Best on the Boards 55+ Housing Community
